Embassy Hospitality is a travel and hospitality coordination company. We arrange and facilitate travel services — including accommodation, transport, guided experiences and, for medical travellers, hospital and specialist coordination — on your behalf, working with third-party suppliers such as hotels, transport operators, airlines and healthcare providers. We are not the direct operator of flights, hotels or hospitals, and our role is that of a facilitator and coordinator between you and those suppliers.

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once your travel expert has provided written confirmation of the itinerary, pricing and any deposit or payment terms, and that payment (where required) has been received. Please confirm the exact terms applicable to your booking with your travel expert before making any payment.

Prices shown on this website are starting prices per person, based on double occupancy, and are subject to change based on travel dates, hotel or flight availability, room category and any customisation you request. Prices displayed in currencies other than Indian Rupees (INR) are converted for indicative convenience only and may vary slightly with exchange rate movements; the amount invoiced to you will be confirmed in writing by your travel expert before booking.

Because bookings typically involve third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport operators and, for medical travel, hospitals), cancellation and refund terms vary depending on the specific services booked and how close to the travel date a change is requested. Your travel expert will confirm the cancellation and refund terms applicable to your specific booking in writing before you pay any deposit, and those confirmed terms will govern your booking.

Embassy Hospitality facilitates travel, hospitality and coordination services. Medical diagnosis, treatment, pricing and outcomes are determined solely by the relevant licensed healthcare providers.

Embassy Hospitality does not practise medicine, provide medical advice, or guarantee any treatment outcome. Any decision to pursue medical treatment in India is made independently between you and your chosen, licensed healthcare provider. Our role is limited to coordinating travel, hospitality and logistics around your visit.

As a traveller, you are responsible for:

• Holding a valid passport, and obtaining the correct visa for your purpose and length of stay
• Arranging travel insurance appropriate to your trip, including for any medical travel visit
• Providing accurate information about your travel party and any special requirements
• Complying with the terms and conditions of individual suppliers (airlines, hotels, hospitals) whose services form part of your itinerary

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embassy Hospitality’s liability is limited to the coordination and facilitation services we directly provide. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or quality of service of third-party suppliers — including airlines, hotels, transport operators, guides, or healthcare providers — beyond our reasonable efforts to coordinate on your behalf. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your booking or use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
